I, the Participant, am going to participate at the Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008, organized by AEGEE-Ljubljana and I hereby freely and voluntarily, without duress, agree with the following terms:
1. Waiver and Release. I, the Participant, shall not claim any damages or liability against the organizers of Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008 and AEGEE-Ljubljana for any bodily or personally injury, illness, death or damage of property which I, the Participant, may suffer prior, during or after the Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008.
I agree that organizers of Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008 and AEGEE-Ljubljana do not bear any responsibility or obligation to provide financial or other assistance, including, but not limited to medical, health, or disability insurance, in the event of injury, illness, death or damage of property (see insurance requirements under 2).
2. Insurance. The organizers of Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008 and AEGEE-Ljubljana expressly disclaim responsibility and carry no obligation of providing any health, medical or disability insurance coverage for myself, the Participant.
I hereby acknowledge that I was informed of my responsibility and obligations regarding the health insurance prior to attending the event by the organizers of Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008.
3. Medical Treatment. If not otherwise agreed in writing prior to the beginning of Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008 I hereby release and forever discharge the organizers of Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008 and AEGEE-Ljubljana from any and all claims whatsoever arising from any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency during my participation at the Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008.
4. Theft, damage or loss of items. I, the Participant, agree that the organizers of Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008 and AEGEE-Ljubljana are not liable and will not be held liable financially and/or otherwise for any theft, loss or damage of any items in my possession for the duration of my stay in the Republic of Slovenia. The organizers of Ljubljana Spring Agora 2008 and AEGEE-Ljubljana will refuse to accept any such possessions by way of depositing during my stay in the Republic of Slovenia.
5. Other. I, the Participant, shall be liable, financially and otherwise, to recover all damages caused by me, the Participant, during my stay in the Republic of Slovenia for the Spring Agora 2008.
I acknowledge that all my personal data stated above and in the registration form are true.
I acknowledge that I have valid identity documents required for my stay in Republic of Slovenia.
